Ze40 Terms & Conditions — Platform Terms of Use
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the ze40 platform. By registering or using any of the services provided, you are deemed to have understood and agreed to be bound by all provisions set out below.
Last updated: 2026. These terms apply to all ze40 users in Malaysia.
1. Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing or using the ze40 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use ze40's services.
To use the ze40 platform, you must:
- Being at least 18 years old or having reached the age of majority under the applicable laws in your state;
- Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
- Not located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is completely prohibited by law;
- Register under your own name and not on behalf of any third party.
Ze40 reserves the right to verify user eligibility at any time and may request identity verification documents where necessary. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Account Creation and Security
Each user is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) active account on the ze40 platform. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts, including any balances held within them.
During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and current information. ze40 is not responsible for any losses or issues arising from inaccurate or false registration information provided by the user.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keep your password and account login details confidential;
- Notify ze40 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account;
- All activity that occurs under your account, whether carried out by you or by any other party.
Ze40 shall not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of an account due to a user's failure to adequately protect their login credentials.
3. User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
As a ze40 platform user, you agree to use this service solely for lawful purposes and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Using bots, automated software, scripts, or any other unauthorised technological means to access or interact with the platform;
- Attempting to hack, attack, or compromise the integrity or security of the ze40 platform;
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another party;
- Using the platform for fraudulent activities, money laundering, or any other illegal activity;
- Placing collusive bets or attempting to manipulate game outcomes in any way;
- Distributing offensive or threatening content, or content that infringes on third-party rights, through any communication channel on the platform.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate suspension or closure of your account, forfeiture of related balances, and legal action if necessary.
4. Payment Information, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the ze40 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits can be made via approved payment methods, including internet banking through FPX and supported e-wallets. Available payment methods are subject to change, and ze40 reserves the right to add or remove any method without prior notice.
Deposit terms
- Minimum deposit amounts are subject to the limits set for each payment method and may change;
- All deposits must be made from a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name;
- Ze40 does not accept cash deposits or transfers from third parties.
Withdrawal terms
- Withdrawals will be processed to the same bank account used for deposits, subject to identity verification requirements;
- Any winnings obtained using bonus balance are subject to the rollover requirements stated in the relevant promotion terms;
- Ze40 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold for security and anti-fraud review purposes where necessary.
All transactions will be recorded in the user's account history and can be reviewed at any time after logging in.
5. Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Ze40 liability limitations
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ze40 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to financial losses from betting or gaming, service interruptions, technical failures, or unauthorised access to a user's account.
Ze40 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance may occur, and ze40 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice where applicable.
Intellectual property
All content, brand names, logos, designs, software, and other materials found on the ze40 platform are the property of ze40 or its respective licensors. You are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, or use any such content without the express written consent of ze40.
Third-party links
The ze40 platform may contain references to third-party services or providers. ze40 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Account suspension and closure
Ze40 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time for reasonable cause, including but not limited to a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to submit requested identity verification documents, or instructions from the relevant authorities. Where an account is closed due to a breach, balances associated with the violating activity may not be refunded.
Changes to terms
Ze40 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Applicable law
These terms and conditions are governed by applicable law, and any disputes arising from the use of the ze40 platform shall be resolved through the appropriate channels in accordance with the relevant legal provisions.
